I want to buy a computer. How do I get started?

Simply fill out our credit application. You will not be obligated to purchase a computer or laptop. It will merely grant our finance company access to your credit information, which permits us to come up with a financing proposal for the computer system you want to purchase. What if I have bad credit, no credit or filed for bankruptcy?

If you are active duty military, retired military, or a military spouse, we will accept all applications. Our approval ratio is very high, hardly anybody is turned away, regardless of credit. It’s never been easier to get a loan for a computer system. Civilian Application / Military Application

Why do I have to fill out a application to get a quote?

Our computer systems are financed. Your quote will depend upon your credit information, your co-borrower’s income and your discharge date. After the finance company has determined your available credit limit and interest rate, we will provide you with a financial proposal including your monthly payment so you can buy a desktop or laptop computer from us. What happens after I fill out the credit application?

Someone from the Computer Connection sales team will contact you after we receive your application. We will determine the exact system requirements best suited for your specific needs. You will then receive a quote for a desktop or laptop computer based on your application information.

How long does it take until I receive my computer system?

Once you fax or email your contract paperwork back to us, we will ship your laptop or preconfigured desktop computer, usually the same day. System upgrades and special orders will take a few extra business days. We will ship overseas.

What if I have a problem with my computer?

Laptops come with a full 1 year manufacturer's warranty -- HP, Toshiba, Sony, Compaq, etc. Desktops are custom built and also carry a full 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. All computers have excellent service departments and can assist with all your technical questions.

When will I receive my new computer system?

Standard delivery time is 1-5 days. A benefit of purchasing your new computer system from Computer Connection is that we ship to any APO address anywhere in the world. To do so, we must use the U.S. Postal Service and the Military Postal Service, which has no tracking system. However, all shipments are fully insured, so there is no risk of financial loss in the unlikely event that an item should be mislaid en route. In such a case, we'll simply replace your computer once you've filed a claim with the USPS. One final note: To accommodate the speakers, gaming systems are shipped in three boxes. It's not unusual for these boxes to get separated during shipment and arrive on different days, so if you don't receive all of them at once, please allow a few more days for the rest to arrive.

What is my estimated payment?

All computers are available with zero down payment. Your monthly payment can be as low as $65 per month for a 36 month payment plan. This is based on a $1,199 system price at 18% apr. Please be advised that this is only an estimate and the final payment amount will be determined by the loan terms and options you choose during the process. Best of all, there is no money down and you can prepay anytime without penalty.
